What we collect on this website
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, company, work email address, the topic of your enquiry, your preferred contact method, and — if you choose to provide them — a telephone or WhatsApp number and a short message. The website sets no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads further, to manage a potential business relationship with your company. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for unrelated marketing.
How the form is processed
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service, which delivers your submission to our email. Formspree operates infrastructure outside Kenya (primarily in the United States), so information you submit may be processed and stored outside Kenya under Formspree's own security and privacy terms.
Who can access it
Enquiry information is accessible to the founder and to authorised personnel or approved service providers who help operate the business, and to no one else, except where the law requires disclosure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to show you the enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email contact@jupapartners.com and we will act on the request without undue delay.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect information we hold. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed fully secure, so please do not submit sensitive operational or financial data through the contact form.
Client operational data
Operational datasets shared during an engagement (stock lists, sales history and similar) are not collected through this website and are governed separately by written confidentiality and data-processing terms agreed before any data is shared.
