Forty-five minutes, at your premises or online. We talk through how ordering happens today: who decides, on what basis, and what goes wrong. No data required, no preparation, no obligation.

You leave with: an honest read on how your business orders today, and a straight answer on whether the next step is worth your money. If it isn't, we say so.

Step two · Fixed fee

The Planning Diagnostic — a stock audit

You pay an auditor every year to check your books. Your stock is the biggest number on your balance sheet — and nobody has ever audited how it's bought. That's what this is: a stock audit. Three weeks. Fixed fee. Your numbers.

All we need is a stock list and 12 months of sales by item, straight out of your system. Units only is fine — your team applies your own prices at the final step, so the shilling figures never require your values to leave the building. Conservative estimates throughout — every figure in the report is one we would defend across the table.

Over six to eight weeks, we build the working parts with your team: simple ordering rules for every item class, a stock KPI dashboard, and a monthly planning review your people run. First results against a baseline you signed — so improvement is a fact, not a feeling.

Then the monthly cycle begins. Rules drift, staff change, suppliers surprise you — the monthly review is the external discipline that keeps the gains from decaying. Like an auditor, but for stock decisions.

The data promise

Before any data is shared, we sign an NDA. We are not auditors — we analyse item movement only; nothing is reconciled to declared figures. Your data is stored securely, kept separate, and deleted when we finish, confirmed in writing. Prefer not to share values? We can work in units only — we do the analysis on quantities, and your own team applies your prices at the final step, so every shilling figure is calculated inside your walls.
